We currently offer three meditation sessions a week. We are working to add more days and then time to this offering!

All our mediation sessions are free of charge! We do ask for a voluntary contribution after the class. Please consider contributing so we can keep the community going. No one will ever be turned away from an open meditation session.

Community Guidelines

We’re thrilled to have you here and are committed to creating a space where everyone feels supported and at ease. To help foster a positive and harmonious environment, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines for participating in our classes. Following these helps us all enjoy a more connected and enriching experience.

Mutual Respect & Compassion: I believe our community is built on respect and compassion. Let’s do our best to support each other with kindness.
Cameras On: I’d love for you to keep your camera on during the session (except when we’re meditating) so we can feel more connected with each other.
Punctuality: Please try to join on time so we can start together without interruptions. This way, we can maintain a calm and focused space.
Openness to Share: If you feel comfortable, I encourage you to share your thoughts or experiences. It’s not required, but it definitely adds to the sense of community.List item
